Acceptance of Terms

Spinloot Tech Private Limited, a company registered under the Indian Company Act, welcomes you to the Spinloot mobile application (the "App") and its associated services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App and its services. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

User Accounts

Account Creation: To use the App, you are required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with anyone else.

Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, especially in cases of misuse, fraud, illegal activities, or any behavior deemed harmful to the platform or society.

In-App Currency

Coins: The App uses digital coins as in-app currency. These coins can be purchased in packs or earned through rewards within the App. Coins are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other users.

Coin Purchases: Coin purchases are subject to availability and may be subject to fees. Any issues with coin purchases, such as non-crediting of coins after payment, should be reported to our billing and purchase team.

Gameplay

Skill-Based Game: Spinloot is a skill-based spin-wheel game where users can win cash rewards based on their skill and accuracy. Glitches or technical issues during gameplay are the user's responsibility.

Loss of Gameplay: Interruptions such as network drops, closing the app, or device issues may result in a loss of gameplay or coins, and users should be aware of these possibilities.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal Requests: Users can withdraw their wallet balance to their bank account. Withdrawal requests may take up to 30 minutes to 4 hours (excluding bank downtime or technical issues) to process.

Bank Account Accuracy: Users are responsible for providing accurate bank account information. We will process payments to the information provided and are not responsible for inaccuracies.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to make changes to the App, including gameplay settings and functionality, without prior notice or announcement.

Responsible Gaming

We promote responsible and safe gaming practices, including self-purchase, time management, and prioritizing good mental health and well-being.

Legal Status: Spinloot is a skill-based game and does not fall under gambling laws. We have obtained legal opinions supporting our legal position.

Data Privacy: User data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on data usage and protection.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
